JobTread Agent — Support

JobTread Agent is a Google Chat™ app that reads construction-related email and proposes matching JobTread entries for a person to review and approve. Nothing is written to JobTread without an explicit human approval.

Getting help

Email taylor@haunlab.com with your question, your Google Workspace domain, and roughly when the problem happened. Support is provided in English, typically within two business days.

Using the app

• Send help in a direct message for the command list.
• /scan reviews the connected inbox and proposes entries.
• /jobs lists active jobs.
• pending shows proposals awaiting approval; reply ok 1 or no 1, or use the Approve / Reject buttons on the approval card.

Access

This deployment is configured for a specific organization's account. If you install the app and it tells you it cannot run scans for you, that is expected — contact taylor@haunlab.com to request access or to discuss an evaluation.
