These terms govern use of JobTread Agent ("the app"), an internal tool operated by Haun Lab that reads construction-related email and proposes matching JobTread entries for human review. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
The app is provided for internal operational use by authorized personnel of Haun Lab and its designated construction partners, to reduce manual entry of job-related email content into JobTread. It is not a general-purpose email or JobTread client.
Access is granted per-user by the app operator (Haun Lab). Access may be revoked at any time, for any reason, including by uninstalling the app or removing a user from the allowed-user list.
The app does not write to JobTread without explicit human approval of each proposed action (or, when configured in dry-run mode, does not write at all). Users are responsible for reviewing proposals before approving them.
The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy of proposed JobTread entries, completeness of email scanning, or uninterrupted availability. Operators should independently verify any entry before relying on it.
Haun Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to incorrect, missed, or duplicate JobTread entries.
These terms, and the app itself, may change at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
Haun Lab may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time.
