JobTread Agent ("the app") is an internal Google Chat app operated by Haun Lab that reads construction-related email and proposes matching JobTread entries for a human to review and approve. This policy explains what data the app accesses, why, and how it is handled.
The app stores, in a private Google Cloud Firestore database it controls: pending and resolved proposals, a metadata-only decision log (message subject/sender/timestamp and the action taken — not full email bodies beyond what is needed to generate and justify a proposal), and your Chat space ID. Data is retained only as long as needed to support review, approval history, and troubleshooting, and is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose beyond operating this app.
The app uses the following services to function, each bound by its own data-handling terms:
The app operates in a review-and-approve model: every proposed JobTread write is shown to an operator in Google Chat and requires an explicit Approve action (or is skipped/rejected) before anything is written. The app can also be run in a dry-run mode where no JobTread write occurs at all.
To request deletion of data associated with your account, or to revoke the app's access, uninstall the app from Google Chat and contact taylor@haunlab.com.
